How To Do a Perfect Presentation


75% of us fear public speaking, and on the other hand to be a highly productive manager you have to be a good presenter, below I will show you a simple tool could help you to improve and enhance your capability to do a perfect presentation and to let your audience attracted until the last slide.
The method is called the CCT (Clear, Content, Transition).
What you have to do is to divide each slide of your presentation in three parts:

Part 1 - Clear:
When the slide shows you just clean the meaning of it, so they understand what you’re presenting to them.
Example: "This is a chart showing our company’s growth rate over the past year"
Thus the audience will stop reading the slide and pay attention to you when you go deeply in the slide presentation.

Part 2 - Content:
Now the audience is ready, you can deliver the content of your slide "the main idea".
Example: "We grew in this customer segment by 100% because we launched our new ABC line-up".

Part 3 - Transition:

Before you pass to the next slide you have to prepare the floor for it, one sentence laying the foundation for the Clearing of the next slide.
Example:" We can keep the same rate in the next year because we are targeting a new segment".

And so on until the last slide.

Finally, what you have to do on your preparation for the presentation is to divide all your slides in three parts:
- Clear
- Content
- Transition.
